Goodmans Dimension 8
Another rare British made loudspeaker.
This has to be one of the craziest speaker designs i have come across, and this was built by Goodmans in the 1970s! There is a Goodmans era where they built fantastic speakers, not like the goodmans most people know from the 1980s till present.
This particular speakers are very special indeed, we didn’t mess about with this rebuild. I don’t think you will ever see another pair like these in terms of what has been done to them to make them better than factory.
They had the full Dark Horse Audio treatment, every speaker driver was checked and matched and serviced where needed. The cabinets were rebuilt and resprayed to be air tight and like new.
All new wiring, components, sound insulation and a whole heap of other great stuff!
